Which properties does the designation cover?

East Putney, Northcote and West Putney, inside the red boundary and orange area in Annex B.

  • Privately rented homes inside designation 2’s area, unless an HMO route or exemption applies.

The designation map controls the address boundary. The early bird period ended on 1 October 2026; current fee eligibility must be checked at application.

  • Mandatory or additional licensable HMOs use the relevant HMO route instead.
