Privacy for the local prototype

Rental Licensing stores account email, hashed one-time sign-in tokens, hashed sessions, property facts, certificate dates and private documents in the configured database and object storage. The free checker runs locally in your browser. Saving a result carries its occupancy facts in session storage for up to one hour.

Optional first-party measurement records event counts, council identifiers, page-template categories and checker outcomes. It excludes names, email addresses, property addresses, document content, full URLs and persistent visitor identifiers. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Events expire after 30 days. A short-lived hash of a request's network address limits abuse and is not stored with events. Measurement is disabled in local and public preview configurations.

Property addresses and document content are not sent to analytics. Email and payment integrations process the information needed for those services only when configured. Development mode previews verification links and queues messages without sending them.

You can export portfolio records and delete properties and associated documents. The production operator's identity, retention schedule, lawful basis, data processing agreements and account-deletion policy must be completed before public launch. Do not add real tenant personal information to this development prototype.
