Sandwell introduced borough-wide additional licensing on 1 October 2024, bringing smaller HMOs with three or four people sharing amenities into licensing.
The linked designation ends on 30 September 2029. Exemptions and non-standard property types need confirmation with the council; other local duties are not exhaustively covered.
