Which properties does the designation cover?

The 19 phase 2 wards listed on the council page, inside Annex A’s blue boundary and purple designated area.

  • Privately rented homes within the designated area, unless excluded.

Scope, exclusions and separate checks

Annex A defines the boundary. Ward names and postcodes are not address matches. HMO routes and statutory exemptions require separate checks.

  • Mandatory or additional licensable HMOs are excluded.
  • Registered social landlord tenancies, management orders, temporary exemptions and statutory exempt tenancies are excluded as defined in the notice.
